À: When we work with new customer and order cost is more than $50 we demand 30% prepay. With old customers we process every order individually.

Q: Do you work during week-ends and holidays?
À: Mostly do.

Q: Do you have discounts for a larg orders?
À: Usually, when the order is large, we make favourable offer ourselves.
